Rates

Normal rate:	55 Euros per night
High season rate:	65 Euros per night for June, July, August and September

Price quoted is for Bed and Continental Breakfast for a Double room for two people with private bathroom.

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.

Rooms will normally be available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and I ask that you vacate your room by midday on the day of departure.

A complementary glass of wine (or cold beer) is provided on arrival! Breakfast is served from 8.30 am to 10.00 am.

Please ask for room rates for the weekends of the Le Mans 24 hour and Classic Le Mans and MOTO GP.

Dinner is available if booked in advance and is served from 7.00 pm. Options start at 17.50 Euros per person for two courses including wine (or beer), tea/coffee. Menu options are available on request and subject to availability.

Please let us know if you have any special requirements before you arrive, and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Because of the large ponds, the property is not suitable for young children.

Location

With easy access from the A81 Motorway (between Rennes and Le Mans), and under 2½ hours drive to the centre of Paris via the A11 from Le Mans.

Travel time is less than 2½ hours from the ferry port of Caen (Ouistreham) due North, around 3 hours from Cherbourg and less than 4 hours from Roscoff to the West.
